Unwined began in 2020 with Billie and Sam, a mother-daughter duo who built a place people come back to.
In 2025, Mary stepped in to carry that spirit forward. You’ll still find Sam behind the bar, with the same focus: great drinks, a chill atmosphere, and a space to make a night out of it.
