Unwined started as an idea in 2020, when Billie Clark began brainstorming ideas with her daughter, Samantha Hilton. Soon, everything started coming together, and they made Unwined a reality.

Both growing up in Skowhegan, and both alumni of Skowhegan High school, Billie and Samantha are excited to start this journey in the heart of their hometown, with a focus on presenting a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy. Stop into Unwined to talk to them personally, and hear their stories!

Unwined features ALL locally sourced Maine made wine, beer, and cider. All of our charcuterie and dessert options are Maine sourced as well. Our focus is on that 'hometown feel', which is achieved through supporting local businesses, and establishing a welcoming environment where everyone becomes a friend.
